For those guests who have traveled with Disney Cruises at least once, special bonuses and discounts are provided. Depending on the number of cruises completed, the loyalty program is divided into three levels: Silver (after the 1st cruise), Gold (after the 5th cruise) and Platinum (after the 10th cruise).

Special opportunities for club members include: an online account on the company's website, a telephone line for regular customers, priority booking of new itineraries and cruises on new ships (for Gold and Platinum levels), a separate counter at check-in, parties for Gold and Platinum levels, priority check-in at the cruise terminal for Gold level, online planning of onboard activities (Silver level - 90 days before the cruise, Gold level - 105 days before the cruise, Platinum level - 120 days before the cruise), special treatments in the Vista Spa & Salon, dinners in an alternative restaurant Palo (for Platinum level) and much more.

Guests traveling in suites receive additional privileges and bonuses. An online concierge service is available for suite guests. You can reserve excursions, dinners in restaurants, spa treatments, and babysitting services 120 days in advance and up to the departure date. Privileges for suite passengers:
- priority check-in and boarding;
- priority booking of alternative restaurants, shore excursions, spa treatments, and babysitting services;
- dinner delivery to your cabin from three main restaurants;
- priority tenders in ports (where necessary);
- assistance in planning holidays on board.
What will be in your suite:
- a special line of H20 Plus toiletries;
- Frette bed linen;
- robes, slippers;
- a pillow menu;
- delivery of canapes, fruits, and sweets;
- a collection of CDs and DVDs.

Dining on Disney Cruise Line cruises:

Dining on Disney Cruise lines is organized to meet the needs of all family members - it is available around the clock. The system of main restaurants (Main Dining) is organized in an interesting way: there are three main restaurants on board with different themes and decorations, guests dine in turn in each of them, while the table number is saved, and the same waiter serves. For children, there is an opportunity to book breakfast with one of the Disney characters or order breakfast in the cabin, which will be brought by one of the favorite characters.
In addition to the main restaurants, there is a buffet on board, there are snack bars, pizzerias where you can quickly and tasty eat.
There is 24-hour room service.

Life on board Disney Cruise cruise liners

On board Disney Cruise liners there is a special area for adults only. On board there is a spa center with saunas and steam rooms, various relaxation procedures are offered; a real hit is a steam room with forest tropical rain. There is also a fitness room on board, a sports ground with a basketball/volleyball court. The company does everything possible to make sure that both adults and children have fun on board. The theater shows several Disney musicals with excellent special effects.
There are several themed bars where you can relax with your family during the day, and in the evening adults can have a cocktail, watch an entertainment program or listen to live music. There are also nightclubs.
Each cruise features a festive pool party called "Pirates of the Caribbean".
Note that there is no casino or library on board Disney liners.

Family vacation

The Disney company is the trendsetter in everything related to children's and family vacations on a cruise ship. On board Disney liners, fairy-tale characters "come to life", you can play with them, communicate with them, which is sure to please children, and not only them.
For the little ones, there is Flounder''s Reef Nursery: here you can leave children aged 3 months to 3 years under the supervision of experienced staff. Children aged 3-12 will have fun in the Oceaneer Club studio - there are many active entertainments, and children can also dress up as their favorite fairy-tale characters, an interactive area Oceaneer Lab, where children can create a cartoon or advertisement. For children aged 11-14, there is also a special Edge area with sports entertainment and video games, television and music. For children aged 14-17, there is a Vibe lounge, where there is also entertainment for every taste. There are also several swimming pools on board. Spa treatments are carried out in a special chill-out area for teenagers (liners Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy). Disney offers festive decor for your cabin, will provide chocolate, champagne, flowers upon your request. There are several festive packages.
For example, a wedding package or a “Renewal of Marriage Vows” package, which include a festive ceremony on board or on the private island of Castaway Cay, a wedding cake, a dinner for two, assistance in planning the event and much more upon your request
The only thing is to notify your manager that you want to organize a celebration on board at least three weeks before departure.

Dress Code

The dress code policy is very flexible, during dinner in restaurants (except Palo) jeans are allowed, tank tops, shorts and other clothes used for relaxing by the pool are not recommended. During 3-4-day cruises, there is always one evening event when passengers are asked to dress accordingly. Gentlemen are asked to wear jackets, ladies – evening gowns or suits.
Palo Restaurant has its own dress code. Men are required to wear shirts for dinner. Jackets and ties are welcome, but not required. All notes can be found in the Personal Navigator, on the Palo reservation card or near the elevators on Deck 10. Casual attire is permitted for late breakfast and early dinner.
